Delivery Prices are shown in AUD.

Daily deliveries occur between 9am-6pm AEST.

Rosie Haus cannot guarantee delivery time for a specific time of day.

All delivery fees are calculated based on the postcode your order is being delivered to. Please ensure you select the correct postcode, if it has been incorrectly selected, Rosie Haus will request for the difference in amount and the product will not be delivered until the full payment has been made.

Rosie Haus will make all efforts to have your flowers delivered to you on the delivery date specified on your order however we are not liable for any failure or delay to deliver your flowers for any reason.

Rosie Haus is not responsible for any goods that are damaged in transport and/or not received.

We should be notified immediately of damaged or lost goods. Replacement of damaged or lost items is made at the discretion of Rosie Haus. Refer to the Refund Policy in Terms & Conditions.
